Lake Constance Map
Lake Constance is a lake across Switzerland, Germany and Austria, covering about 536 km² (207 sq mi), with a maximum depth of 251 m (824 ft). This map shows the lake outlined in blue on shaded relief, with the rivers, borders and towns around it.

How to read this map
Its surface lies about 395 m (1,297 ft) above sea level. Inflows include Rhine, Alter Rhein, Goldach, Steinach, Stockacher Aach, Linzer Aach, Bregenzerach and Dornbirner Ach. It drains through High Rhine. It is shared by Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
The blue outline marks Lake Constance as mapped by Natural Earth. Towns and cities on the map include Stuttgart, Zürich, Freiburg im Breisgau, Lucerne, Ulm, St. Gallen, Chur and Vaduz.
Greens show lower elevations; tan and brown show higher land, with pale tones toward the highest terrain. Shadows emphasize the slopes, and vertical relief is exaggerated so landforms are easier to read. Dashed lines show country borders.
The relief uses Terrain Tiles (SRTM, GMTED2010 and ETOPO1 elevation data). Rivers, lakes, borders and the outline of Lake Constance come from Natural Earth, and the figures on this page from Wikidata. Natural Earth draws features at a small scale, so the outline is a guide to where Lake Constance is, not a surveyed boundary.
